1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Ez888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the required age or location eligibility.
• Failure to pass the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Voluntary account closure request by the member.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, ez888 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the completion of an investigation. If no fraudulent activity is confirmed, the valid balance will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe.
